Kaishan Noykin

Kaishan is relatively quiet and soft-spoken, horribly shy and nervous and not one to speak unless spoken too. They tend to be difficult to approach or maintain a conversation with due to their social anxiety. If caught at the River's Bend Inn, they will talk and hold a conversation, but it is often clear that it's forced and that they would rather be anywhere else. They tend to be more easily sociable when around the chocobos or with their carbuncle, often found around their shoulders or in their arms.

Kaishan works for both The River's Bend Inn and the Grand Companies still as a chocobo trainer and stable master. They travel frequently as a result of this and often have a satchel full of chocobo feed and care papers.

They're ambidextrous but are often seen favoring their left hand most of the time.

They often seem overworked and tired, rarely found taking a break and often tense. It is self-inflicted by them as they don't want to be seen slacking, even at their own detriment, as they don't know how to maintain a healthy work schedule.

They have learned different forms of summoning and have altered it greatly over their travels from what they had learned originally on the Steppes. Soulkin were used in their tribe to protect their herds but were at a much larger scale that they had downgraded drastically to easily carry. When Kaishan traveled to Kugane they learned a bit about the Onymoji and their shikigami while they worked on training falcons, bringing forth the glyphs and scripts their book now has, but altered heavily to their own beliefs at the time, with the six known elements written down next to light and shadow that will then shift into astral and umbral. They practiced this often with a small ceramic figure in the shape of a rabbit, not unlike to a carbuncle alongside painted figures summoned to life. This was all altered further when they came to Eorzea and learned briefly at the Arcanist guild and even further when they were introduced to Summoners during their time working for the Eorzean Alliance.

The tome they carry was created by them and has more than one variation. They make multiple pages to get certain glyphs accurate before carefully adding it in to the tome, often causing it to need to be rebound. Majority of the script is in Xaelan with some few glyphs having clear Hingan roots and others from Thavnair and their involute grimoires. Most recently, there are a few Eorzean glyphs interlaced.

Delta, their chocobo, is often a menace to many. Standing at just above 9ft tall, with the capability to fly, and sporting the ornery attitude that draught chocobos are known for. He is prone to biting people who get too close and tends to be loyal and protective solely to Kaishan. He is often never far from Kaishan when they are traveling alongside their carbuncle.

Hello, I am 18+ and I have been rping for a while but as a heads up, mmo style rping is still relatively new to me. I would prefer that the person I am rping with be 18+ as well. This is a preference of mine and I would appreciate it being respected.

I am alright with all sorts of writing and themes and am more than happy to write dark themes. I am not okay with ERP however and will appreciate it if this is respected.
